These policies have been developed to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction as well as the most professional and effective classroom environment possible.
- Pre-registration is necessary. A confirmation sheet will be faxed or mailed upon receipt of a purchase order to reserve a seat in class. CATalyst NOW Members also must pre-register for all classes
- To register, please call to submit a purchase order to secure a position or use our Online Training Registration Form.
- Please call for availability.
- Cancellation of registered student must be 5 working days before first day of class in order to avoid cancellation charge.
- Special group training and on-site rates are available.
- Company specific applications may be incorporated into training topics if there is ample time.
- Due to diverse levels of learning abilities, students may have the option to repeat a course within a 6-month period. Only one manual per student per class, including CATalyst NOW members
- Full payment is due by first day of class.
- Computer Aided Technology, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class.
- Topics always cover the latest production release of software.
