know they have the correct file such as Revision, Description
and Published Date.

on any PC with web browser. No local software needs to be
installed.
- All files stay on the server locked behind a Virtual
Web directory
- Automatic publishing
- Based on triggers from PDM\Document management systems
- Directory Searching\Polling
- Drag and drop functionality to Publishing application
- Complete logging of information – What was published
by who and when
- Ability to Automate work order printing by giving Connexus
a list of the drawing you need and then it will add a time,
date, and comment stamp to each print.
With the advancement
of many of our Engineering tools, the complexity of achieving
this task becomes much greater. Typically, just managing a
directory of files will no longer meat the requirements of
the tools and requires much manual user intervention.
