I have a few questions for you…

we can also help out by automating this printing process. When your MRP\ERP runs, just have it create a list of the required prints to a text file and have it written to a network dir. This file can be an ini or xml file structure, or just a simple text list of the part numbers you need. You can also add printer names, planner name, work order number and print size information.

Once we have this list of the prints you need, we can configure\customize Connexus to have it find your documents in a few different ways:
• Apply logic and search your PDM system
• Search the Connexus web database
• Perform dir searches for the native files
Now that we have the actual file, we can apply the time and date stamp information and produce your print to the printer.
PS.. A side benefit of having the prints flagged with a specific Work Order number, this can really help with your ISO certification efforts as well!
