A Fresh Perspective

As we move forward in these challenging times, it can be easy to lose sight of our goals. The day-to-day crush of projects, e-mails, meetings and phone calls can sometimes be overwhelming. It’s important to remember that the cultural and economic situations that we face today are temporary. It will take more time to work through the complex issues we face, but we will do so.

The natural tendency for many companies has been to pull in, regroup and stay very conservative in decisions made. However, many organizations also view this time as an opportunity to grow, if not financially, then in looking at their processes from a fresh perspective.  Perhaps this involves launching a new product line, retraining existing personnel for new responsibilities, or forging new partnerships to leverage each other’s strengths. Whatever the road that is chosen, much can be gained by this evolution.

CATI, and our InFlow subsidiary, truly value our client relationships and want to remain relevant as a business partner. As such we have been making a number of changes, some seen and many unseen, to make our customer experience better. For example, we have lengthened support hours for our PhD support customers to 7am-6pm. Also, based on your feedback, we have created a Customer Guide to help leverage CATI technical services more effectively. In addition, we have created a unique new implementation product, I/Works, in conjunction with our partner, Impact Engineering Solutions, Inc. The Catalyst program, pioneered by CATI in the SolidWorks channel, continues to be very popular as well.

We are proud to have received recognition as the Number One SolidWorks Reseller in the Midwest and also have been named as a SolidWorks 90/90 award recipient, one of only four in the United States, for superior technical services.
