At Quality Design Service
we specialize in progressive die design. We have designed dies for the
electronics, computer, office equipment, appliance, automotive and
agricultural industries. Sizes have ranged from 10” square to 84” x
144”. We have designed single and multiple station hand fed dies, transfer
dies utilizing custom-designed as well as commercial transfer systems,
shuttle dies, and especially progressive dies. While we consider die design
to be our strong suit, we have also designed several special machines that
have included punching, notching, forming, joining, and assembly machines,
and a few drilling machines. Our fixture experience includes machining,
assembly and weld fixtures as well as gages and checking fixtures for the
same industries listed above.
Quality Design Service has
been in business since March of 1994, with customers in Iowa, Illinois,
Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Tennessee, Ohio, Texas, Arizona and
California. Being connected to the Internet, most job files are transferred
through the use of e-mail. We use Cadkey and Solidworks as our design
software, and can provide our customers with the following file formats: PRT,
DWG, DXF, IGES, STEP, SAT and others. We can provide designs in either 2D or
3D, which ever suits your requirements best.
