Our experience in the Product Design and Manufacturing field spans 44 years. We are a family owned business, founded in 1958. The RB Toy Development Company primarily Designs and Manufactures custom promotional [premium] Toy items for major consumer products companies, but are also heavily involved in outside Consulting, Product Design and Solid Molding for high-end industrial products. We specialize in Plastic Molded items targeted at children, with special emphases on child safety design issues. We also provide Domestic and Over-seas Sourcing for other manufacturing companies. Besides our domestic manufacturing partners (most of which are ISO 9000 rated plants), we also are affiliated with factories in China, Korea, Thailand and Indonesia, where we manufacture everything from custom sewn dolls and plush toys to advanced engineered and highly decorated plastic items.

All Designing and Engineering services are done in house. We provide a full service approach with Computer Design (CAD), Illustration, Solid Modeling (SolidWorks®), Animation, Photo-realistic renderings for presentation, and Rapid Prototyping (RP) services.
