Richard Werneth, President
A veteran of CATI since 1994, Rich has implemented numerous programs to increase awareness and provide learning opportunities for engineers, as well as launch the CATI Indianapolis facility. Prior to joining CATI in 1994, he worked in product development and mold engineering. In this capacity he used and evaluated a number of CAD technologies and focused primarily on medical and automotive projects. Rich is a certified SolidWorks and COSMOS Support Technician. He has a B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
Robert Konczal, Chief Technical Officer
Since co-founding CATI in 1992, Robert has held many roles. During the early years, Robert helped forge CATI's philosophy of excellence with a high energy and hard driving attitude for exceeding customer expectations. Robert moved to Milwaukee,WI to established the first expansion office for CATI and since established Appleton, WI and Madison, WI facilities. As the Chief Technical Officer he focuses on customer service, emerging technology trends and distribution methods. He also is the President of Strategic Technology Solutions, LLC, an wholly owned subsidiary of CATI focusing on North American distribution and support of specialized technology partners. Prior to CATI, he worked for CADKEY Chicago. Before that he worked at Design Facets where he was mentored by premier designer and entrepreneur Dave Plahm. Robert is a certified SolidWorks Support Technician, Trainer and CSWP. Robert has an A.S. in Engineering and Design from Triton College,1987.
Yvonne Peterka, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Yvonne is responsible
for all financial and legal activities, directs the IT department
and is in charge of Human Resources. In addition to directing
these departments, Yvonne is responsible for numerous other
administrative functions at the company. Prior to joining
Computer Aided Technology, Yvonne served as Chief Financial
Officer for CADPRO Chicago, Inc., a value added reseller of
computer design software. Prior to CADPRO, Yvonne served as
controller for an aluminum manufacturing company based in
Chicago.
Rod Levin, President, InFlow Technology
Rod has lead InFlow Technology since it was formed in 2001. He has 20 years of industry experience in product development and technology implementation. He was Manager of Mechanical Engineering in the Consumer Electronics group at Zenith Electronics. At Zenith he was responsible for the mechanical development of televisions, remote controls and the first consumer HDTV on the US market as well as deployment of mechanical CAD and PDM systems corporate wide. He also earned two US patents and represented Zenith at the 1997 Emmy Awards. Rod’s educational background includes a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Adrian Fanjoy, Technical Services Manager
Adrian comes to CATI with a diverse background, including mechanical design engineering, manufacturing engineering, engineering consulting, and CAD/CAM sales, training, and consulting. A degreed Aircraft Engineer, Adrian has worked in several industries including medical devices, large vehicles (Caterpillar), and CAD/CAM sales and services (Parametric Technology Corporation). With his engineering, training, and consulting experience, Adrian makes a valuable contribution to the CATI team.
Jeffrey Hamilton,
Regional Sales Director
Jeffrey Hamilton brings more than 23 years of sales and management experience to CATI. As Regional Sales Director, Jeffrey is responsible for developing sales and customer relations within Indiana and Kentucky. Prior to joining CATI in 2003, Jeffrey held various sales and sales management positions with companies such as Apple Computer, Silicon Graphics, Systems3, Powerway and Crowe-Chizek. Jeffrey is a graduate of Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
Blake Cokinis, Director of Information Services
Blake has been with CATI since 1995, coming from 10 years experience as a mechanical engineer. Starting out as a technical services representative, he became responsible for all aspects of networking and communications. His responsibilities include all workings for hardware/software/communications for all CATI locations throughout the organization. Along with being a Solidworks certified support technician, he has held his MCSE+ certification since 1999. Blake also holds a degree in Architectural engineering & design.
Eric H. Gold, Regional Sales Director
Eric has spent the last 13 years helping manufacturing companies increase efficiencies and reduce costs. In his current role, Eric is responsible for introducing CATI to a broad range of new companies and for maintaining CATI’s high level of customer satisfaction in Illinois. Eric cut his teeth on the other side of our business, working for Elk Corporation (now a member of the GAF family) early in his career. He has spent the majority of his career as a solutions provider with Rand Technologies and now CATI. Eric is a graduate of Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.
