SetupWorks is a customizable implementation solution developed to ensure that each company takes advantage of known good practices while at the same time tweaking their implementation to their specific needs. CATI personnel will discuss with the customer all pertinent aspects of their business to assist in determining the proper scope, direction, and goals for the implementation.
Our team of industry-experienced technicians will come on site and ask specific, detailed questions about your needs and environment. We will help you understand what’s important for a successful SolidWorks installation, provide written feedback, reports of activities, and findings. All of this will happen both on and off-site so as to minimize the interruption of the installation. The result will be an operational installation tailored to your company’s needs and processes while utilizing an advanced tool like SolidWorks.
