SetupWorks provides an effective implementation management resource to communicate needs and requirements between partners to set and meet objectives of a successful SolidWorks implementation.

- Proper installation and configuration from the start allows users to make production ready, company tailored intellectual property from the very first model.
- A comprehensive plan customized to your organization’s needs.
- Establishing proper habits for data management* for all users from the very beginning will reduce data inconsistencies from non-guided implementations.
- Tasks that are accomplished during the SetupWorks process include but are not limited to:
- Creation of company specific model and drawing templates
- Creation of standard libraries, shared toolbox, standard tables, etc…
- Setup of file server, license server, image server, and vault server
- Deployment of standard configuration to ensure that all users start off on the same correct page.
- Test deployment to client machine
- Deployment to remaining client machines**
- Review of CATI support resources and processes with key users
- Reports produced from the SetupWorks program include:
- Pre-Implementation Hardware Survey
- Description of post implementation environment
- Recommended training plan and schedule
