CATI Welcomes Tridaq Customers

Computer Aided Technology, Inc.(CATI) is pleased to welcome Tridaq SolidWorks Clients in Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois. This transaction is effective as of December 27, 2011. To make this transition as smooth as possible, we will be retaining all of Tridaq's Kansas and Missouri Staff. We are excited to have the Tridaq SolidWorks Team join CATI. In addition, you will gain access to many new products and value-added support services from CATI. Please review the information below and feel free to contact us directly with any immediate issues.

What happened?

CATI and Tridaq have agreed to merge SolidWorks Operations within Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois of Tridaq into CATI. CATI will assume responsibility for support of all of Tridaq's SolidWorks Customers.

What does this mean to me?

It is our intent to make this transition as smooth as possible. The initial impact will be access to a larger pool of support resources. Combined, CATI and Tridaq have more than 30 technical professionals available to you.

What About Training?

CATI will continue to offer SolidWorks training at the existing TRIDAQ Kansas City location and the CATI St. Charles, MO office. In addition, CATI has a number of training facilities throughout IL, WI, and IN. CATI also has invested in mobile training centers that allow us to provide training anywhere. In addition, we offer a wide variety of training options through our highly flexible, web-based, instructor-led Virtual Classroom. If you have already registered with Tridaq for an upcoming training class, you will be contacted by our training coordinator to confirm your registration and class availability.
