Support Customer,

CATI has under taken a project to upgrade the Customer Support Portal. This new tool is ready for testing. Please give the new portal a try. In the testing phase, both the old and new portal will be available. If you find you need a capability we have not yet added to the new system, use the old. If you run into questions or issues with the new portal, please email Rod.Levin@CATI.com.
