In Enterprise PDM, user names are displayed to indicate who has checked out or created files, sent or received mail messages, or initiated actions performed on files.

Here is how you change Enterprise PDM in the Administration Tool to display Proper Names.

1. In the left pane of the Administration tool, expand Users.

2. Right-click your user name and click Settings.
