Within the properties of a manufacture part, there is a new option to Exclude from bill of materials.
You can also access Exclude from bill of materials within the <Symbols properties> < Manufacture part and circuits > or <Components properties > <Manufacture part and circuits >
To exclude these parts from a BOM report, you will notice built in filters within the reports
