BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. – (August 24th, 2021) Computer Aided Technology (CATI), a Dassault Systèmes Partner, is merging their InFlow Technology subsidiary into the Computer Aided Technology (CATI) brand. This merger comes on the heels of the acquisition of Caelynx earlier in 2021.

Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Computer Aided Technology, InFlow has proven themselves as North America’s go to service provider specializing in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform as well as the implementation and support of product data management and product lifecycle management solutions. InFlow is currently a Dassault Systèmes Platinum Partner and has received multiple accolades for their ability to implement and support the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform as well as SOLIDWORKS PDM. CATI and InFlow team members have already been working closely together since InFlow was founded in 2001.

InFlow has been a tremendously important part of our business for the last 20 years. However, recent changes in the market and the growth of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform from Dassault, makes this the right time to move forward as one brand.
As a company, we focus our attention on customer experience. Our goal with this merger is to provide a frictionless experience for our clients, streamlining communication, support, and product offerings.

Rich Werneth, President, Computer Aided Technology.

CATI is one of the top SOLIDWORKS Resellers Worldwide. CATI has supported the SOLIDWORKS platform since 1995. CATI and InFlow clients will benefit from the combination of resources, including, technical and sales personnel, and live local support 12 hours per day in four North American time zones. InFlow team members will now be more tightly integrated into the CATI team and processes.

When we started InFlow, our goal was to help put the power of PLM within the reach of small and mid-market companies. We’ve helped thousands of companies get control of their manufacturing and engineering data. Many of those companies are currently CATI SOLIDWORKS Clients. With the introduction of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, the lines between the products have been smoothed. This will help our team focus on the entire customer experience.

Rod Levin, President, InFlow Technology and Partner at CATI

InFlow’s team of 60+ engineers and consultants will continue to focus on data management and product lifecycle management solutions under the CATI brand – specifically SOLIDWORKS PDM, SOLIDWORKS Manage, CATIA, ENOVIA, DriveWorks, and the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

The concepts of PLM and PDM are at the core of our offerings. You could say they are in our DNA. Whether we are talking SOLIDWORKS PDM, SOLIDWORKS Manage, or the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, we can tailor services built around client needs: consulting, mentoring, data migrations, and customized environments. Our commitment to all things PDM, PLM, SOLIDWORKS, and the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform remains unchanged.
