It\u2019s time to take <strong>SOLIDWORKS 2019<\/strong> for a test drive, check out the new enhancements and participate in the Beta program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the Beta Program?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Participating in the in the Beta program is more that just taking the next release of SOLIDWORKS for a test drive. If you choose to download SOLIDWORKS 2019 Beta you\u2019ll be taken to the following page to download and install the software. This process is just like any SOLIDWORKS installation you\u2019re familiar with.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-41703 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/SOLIDWORKS-1531517709905.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"294\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remember that <strong>SOLIDWORKS 2019 Beta<\/strong> is pre-release software for testing purposes only and NOT FOR PRODUCTION use. When installing, make sure you choose Beta specific file locations for the installation itself and Toolbox Data folder. Any files saved in SOLIDWORKS 2019 Beta cannot be opened in older versions of the software.<\/p>\n<p>Testing <strong>SOLIDWORKS 2019 Beta<\/strong> online is a great way to participate in the Beta program and not have to worry about anything. It\u2019s accessed through <a href=\"https:\/\/my.solidworks.com\/solidworksbeta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/my.solidworks.com\/solidworksbeta<\/a> and you\u2019ll be using the software in minutes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-41704\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/SOLIDWORKS-1531517721138.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"482\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Some specific features of SOLIDWORKS 2019 Beta online:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In addition to the availability of all three beta releases online, there will be intermediate bug fix updates midway between the B1 and B2, B2 and B3, and B3 and Pre-Release milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Access to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cati.com\/software\/solidworks-3d-cad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SOLIDWORKS Premium<\/a> (excluding SOLIDWORKS PDM Standard), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cati.com\/software\/edrawings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SOLIDWORKS eDrawings Professional<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cati.com\/software\/solidworks-mbd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SOLIDWORKS MBD<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cati.com\/software\/solidworks-visualize\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SOLIDWORKS Visualize Professional<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Upload and download sample parts and assemblies using Dropbox<sup>TM<\/sup>, Google Drive<sup>TM<\/sup> and other leading cloud storage solutions.<\/li>\n<li>SOLIDWORKS 2019 Beta online is available through the duration of the Beta evaluation period (ending approximately September 9, 2018).<\/li>\n<li>Specific <a href=\"https:\/\/forum.solidworks.com\/docs\/DOC-3681\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FAQ<\/a> for getting started with the online version.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Feedback is needed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is the point of the SOLIDWORKS Beta program, feedback.
