So you\u2019ve purchased your license for the latest Dassault Syst\u00e8mes apps, and you\u2019re ready to get rolling!\u00a0 Here\u2019s the procedure for downloading installer files for 3D<\/strong>EXPERIENCE<\/a>, SIMULIA (Abaqus<\/a>, fe-safe, Tosca, CST<\/a>, etc.), CATIA<\/a>, SOLIDWORKS<\/a>, ENOVIA, and all the rest of the\u00a0Dassault Syst\u00e8mes product line.<\/p>\n

1. Log in to software.3ds.com<\/a><\/h2>\n

Visit the <\/strong>3DS Download Platform<\/strong><\/a> and enter your credentials<\/strong> to access your licensed software download repository.<\/p>\n

2. Choose the product line<\/h2>\n

The top banner has logos for the whole DS portfolio.\u00a0 Your software will be one of these<\/strong>, so go ahead and click it<\/strong>.\u00a0 For example, to obtain Abaqus installation software, click on the turquoise SIMULIA button.<\/p>\n

3. Choose the release edition<\/h2>\n

Major new releases for all the software lines happen regularly, but you have your choice of many from the past.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3D<\/strong>Experience, for example, has several yearly releases available.\u00a0 While Abaqus 2018 might have the latest features and performance improvements, if you have a long-established process built on an old release, Abaqus as far back as 5.7 may be available for you to install.<\/p>\n

\"3DEXPERIENCE\"<\/p>\n

4. Choose the level<\/h2>\n

Once you pick a release, you\u2019ll find that the latest \u201cFP.CFA.****\u201d has been pre-selected.\u00a0 However, this is an update patch.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Open the list and start with the \u201cGolden\u201d level<\/strong>.\u00a0 This is the main program.<\/p>\n

You can come back after installing the main program and download the latest update patch.\u00a0 The numbers represent the year and week the patch was released<\/strong>, so \u201cFP.CFA.1830<\/strong>\u201d came out in week 30<\/strong> of year 2018<\/strong> and includes every patch that came before it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

5. Download your files<\/h2>\n

You\u2019re almost there!\u00a0 The list will populate according to the product line, release edition, and level choices that you\u2019ve made.\u00a0 There\u2019s a set of filters on the right to narrow down the list by content type, operating system, and language.<\/p>\n
