SOLIDWORKS Inspection Training

SOLIDWORKS Inspection is a First Article Inspection (FAI) tool that greatly simplifies and automates creation and use of inspection drawings. This complete course emphasizes how to automate the process of creating inspection documentation using the Inspection Add-in and Standalone versions of this product. This course includes the measurements and CMM data input features available in the SOLIDWORKS Inspection Professional package.
During this instructor-led course, students will learn how to:
- Create inspection projects.
- Create custom project templates.
- Extract, view, and modify characteristics from a drawing, pdf, or tiff files, etc.
- Create an inspection report using standard supplied Microsoft Excel reporting templates (AS9012, PPAP, etc).
- Learn tools to compare and document drawing changes.
Completion of SOLIDWORKS Inspection will equip the user the tools required to efficiently create and export quality inspection reports.
