RP150: Stratasys FDM: Advanced Software Training

Registration
Students will be registered for a class once a method of payment has been received. Registered students will receive class reminders 5 and 1 business day prior to the start date of the class. Registration can be secured by submitting appropriate payment via phone, email or through the online registration form. A confirmation will be emailed to the student upon Receipt of appropriate payment method thus securing the seat in class. CATalyst Pass and Development Credit students must register for all classes.

Payment
Payments must be received at least 1 business day prior to the start date of the class.  Acceptable forms of payment are as follows:

• Purchase Order emailed to training@cati.com
• Valid Credit Card number
• Valid CATalyst number

Premier Training Facilities
CATI’s training personnel are industry specialists utilizing their engineering experience for the most comprehensive application-intensive training available. All of CATI’s training facilities have state-of-the-art equipment to ensure students have the best training experience possible.

Class Schedule
A typical training inhouse training class starts at 8:30am and ends at 4:30pm. Online class start in the Eastern time zone at either 9 am or 2pm and last between 2 and 2.5 hours. Please refer to your class confirmation for actual start and end times.

Class Retake
Students have the option to repeat a course within a 6-month period.

Computer Aided Technology, LLC Cancellation
Computer Aided Technology, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training class at or before 3 business days prior to the start of the class date. Classes will be subject to cancellation if there are less than 3 people registered for the class. Extreme circumstances such as, instructor illness, emergency weather conditions, utility failure, or other events beyond our control can force cancellation of a class. In the event of a cancellation, registered students will be e-mailed notification as soon as possible. Computer Aided Technology, LLC is not liable for costs incurred due to the schedule adjustment (e.g. airline/hotel penalties).

Customer Cancellation
Students can cancel prior to 10 business days before the start of the class without penalty and retain the option to reschedule and attend the class at a later date, dependent upon the availability of the class. If a cancellation is made less than 10 business days before the class, a $100.00 administrative fee will be assessed to reschedule the class. Registered students who do not attend and fail to provide notification to Computer Aided Technology, LLC before the class start will forfeit the right to reschedule. There are no refunds.

Training Manual
Class attendance is required to receive the manual.  Training manuals are distributed to each student on the first day of inhouse classes and cannot be delivered prior to that date or sold separately. Students that choose to retake a class will not receive a second manual.  Student may receive only one manual per course, including CATalyst pass and Development Credit students.
