Computer Aided Technology, Inc. Cancellation

CATI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training class at or before 3 business days prior to the start of the class date.   Classes will be subject to cancellation if there are less than 3 people registered for the class.  Extreme circumstances such as, instructor illness, emergency weather conditions, utility failure, or other events beyond our control can force cancellation of a class.  In the event of a cancellation, registered students will be e-mailed notification as soon as possible.  CATI is not liable for costs incurred due to the schedule adjustment (e.g. airline/hotel penalties).

Customer Cancellation

Students can cancel prior to 10 business days before the start of the class without penalty and retain the option to reschedule and attend the class at a later date, dependent upon the availability of the class.   If a cancellation is made less than 10 business days before the class, a $100.00 administrative fee will be assessed to reschedule the class.  Registered students who do not attend and fail to provide notification to CATI  before the class start will forfeit the right to reschedule. There are no refunds.
