Part tolerances distinguish the Fortus 900 from other 3D systems. Designed and manufactured for the highest accuracy and repeatability, the F900 speeds up conceptual modeling and functional prototyping while allowing for multiple iterations. The Fortus 900 3D Production System also has our highest throughput and envelope volume, making it appropriate for fabrication and assembly tools, as well as end-use parts.

Achievable Accuracy Parts are produced within an accuracy of +/- .0035 in. or +/-.0015 in. per in. whichever is greater (+/- .089 mm or +/- .0015 mm per mm whichever is greater). Z part accuracy includes an additional tolerance of +/- the selected slice height. Note: Accuracy is geometry dependent. Achievable accuracy specification derived from statistical data at 95% dimensional yield.
