When purchasing a Creaform 3D Scanner or Metrology device from CATI, you have the option to purchase a service contract along with any equipment. 3D Scanner service contracts include:

- Preventative Maintenance and Repairs
- Equipment Certification
- Support for VXmodel and VXinspect
Although we don’t anticipate equipment issues, we do know they can happen. You can feel comfortable knowing that our team of experts are here to assist you with all of your support, service, and maintenance needs. Repairs, service, and equipment certification are performed by Creaform. CATI will be your point of contact to guide you through those process.
