Obtaining a .CFG file from a Stratasys FDM Printer

When contacting your local reseller for issues with your Stratasys FDM printer we recommend sending the .CFG file.  The .CFG file is a log file that contains all the machines information. It is very detailed and can greatly assist with troubleshooting machines. The files contain information about temperatures, calibrations, printing material and error codes.  These files can be obtained through either Catalyst or Insight (control center) print software.  In both programs, it’s located under the services tab then “export configuration” it will then want to save out a file.  Please send that file to your local service provider.
