SOLIDWORKS 2022 What’s New – General Usability Enhancements
SOLIDWORKS 2022 gives you more information than ever before!
The User Interface has been enhanced to improve productivity. You will see more tooltips throughout the software providing helpful tips or further information. Here are a couple of examples:
You will also see new ‘information bubbles’ within the System Options. When hovered over, a tooltip gives you an explanation of the System Option setting.
Selection Sets in SOLIDWORKS 2022 have also been enhanced.
You can create Selection Sets on the fly, when selecting multiple items into a Group box. You can right click in the Group Box and save the listed items as a new Selection Set.
You can add comments to Selection Sets making them easily identifiable. The comments will appear in the Comments folder. Hovering over the comment in the Comments folder will display it.
