To resolve this issue please:

WINDOWS 8
1 Ensure that all graphics card drivers are up to date and certified.
2 Browse to the Windows Display option 'Control Panel' > 'Appearance and Personalization' > 'Display'.
3 Move the slider all the way to the left to select the 'smaller' option.
(A system restart may be required if the change has no immediate effect.)
