“We are very excited about opening this office in Rockford,” comments Richard Werneth, President, CATI. “CATI is proud to support the EIGER lab vision to invigorate the northern Illinois manufacturing community. Our goal is to provide a high level of service to our customers throughout the Midwest. Based on feedback from manufacturing clients in Rockford, this location was launched to facilitate access to convenient SOLIDWORKS Training and other events. In addition, we will provide resources for area companies to review the latest technologies available to reduce design cycles and streamline enterprise information flow.”

“Hosting CATI-Rockford at the EIGER lab fits like a glove with the vision of bringing industry, education, and government together to focus on Advanced Manufacturing,” said Tom McDunn, Director of Advanced Manufacturing of Rockford Area Ventures, the organization that administrates the lab. He added, “Having CAD tools available for people at the lab and all manufacturers in the Rock River Valley allow Rockford to keep pace with today’s computer driven society.”

The new space includes state of the art training facilities and provides CATI customers with the same high level of customer service, sales, and technical support they expect at a local location. In addition to a full SOLIDWORKS Training Curriculum, CATI’s Rockford office will offer a wide variety of SOLIDWORKS focused events. Events will include the CATI exclusive SOLIDWORKS CATIpult sessions for SOLIDWORKS Users, SOLIDWORKS Simulation Hands-On Demonstrations for customers interested in FEA, and SOLIDWORKS 3D Skills Sessions for prospective customers.
