Leading SOLIDWORKS Reseller Strengthens Customer Support Offerings
BUFFALO GROVE, IL, September 18, 2002 – Computer Aided Technology, Inc., (CATI), announced today that they are strengthening their commitment to the engineering and manufacturing communities by launching a new series of advanced learning sessions (CATIpult). A leading reseller of a number of best-in-class technologies, CATI is dedicated to providing superior value-added services to their customers.
CATIpult Sessions are designed to give users of SOLIDWORKS a continuous learning opportunity. Different topics of core SOLIDWORKS Applications are featured in a short and concise presentation at numerous locations throughout the Midwest. The sessions also give SOLIDWORKS users the ability to share experiences and techniques with their peers.
The CATIpult schedule incorporates the SOLIDWORKS Night School format pioneered by CATI, as well as adding a “Lunch and Learn” option to accommodate their growing customer base.
Topics change quarterly and are selected and developed by CATI Technical Analysts and driven by customer input and content from the CATI Central Customer Support Database. This quarter’s CATIpult topic is “What’s New in SOLIDWORKS 2003.”
“CATI is constantly requesting feedback from our customers in order to keep the quality of our offerings high. As a result of recent customer surveys, we have developed the CATIpult sessions. Our customers are under tremendous pressure every day. This evolution of the Night School format should enable the majority of our customers to reach a free SOLIDWORKS Advanced Learning opportunity near them,” comments Robert Konczal, COO, CATI.
