SOLIDWORKS Connected Vs. SOLIDWORKS Connector
Imagine a unified environment that takes the CAD software you know and love, and combines it with new best in class, cloud-based tools that enable everyone involved in product development to collaborate on real-time data so you can efficiently gain the insight needed to create truly innovative new products. We have done just that with the Collaborative Designer for SOLIDWORKS (desktop SW Connector) and with 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS offerings (SW Connected). These two different approaches integrate SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, a single cloud-based, product development environment. Users can take advantage of the robust collaboration, built-in data and product lifecycle management, intuitive conceptual design, industrial and sub-D modeling, photo rendering, and linear static simulation capabilities. Learn more about which solution is right for you in this CATI session where we'll discuss the details and differences of using your traditional desktop SOLIDWORKS with the 3DExperience CONNECTOR, or going with the new 3DExperience SW CONNECTED offerings.
