Registration
Students will be officially registered for a class once a method of payment has been received. Registration can be secured by submitting appropriate payment via phone, email or through the online registration form. A confirmation of registration will be emailed to the student upon receipt of appropriate payment method thus securing the seat in class.
Inhouse classes will receive a confirmation email 3 business days ahead of class. Online classes will receive a confirmation email 1 business day ahead of class.
Payment
Inhouse class payments must be received at least 5 business day prior to the start date of the class. Online class payments must be received at least 1 business day prior to the start date of the class. Acceptable forms of payment are as follows:
- Purchase Order emailed to training@cati.com
- Valid Credit Card number
- Valid CATalyst number
- Check
Premier Training Facilities
CATI’s training personnel are industry specialists utilizing their engineering experience for the most comprehensive application-intensive training available. All of CATI’s training facilities have state-of-the-art equipment to ensure students have the best training experience possible.
The CATI Virtual Classroom is a state-of-the-art system based on WebEx. We strive to ensure students have the best training experience possible.
Class Schedule
A typical training inhouse training class starts at 8:30am and ends at 4:30pm. Online class start in the Central time zone at either 8am or 1pm and last between 2 and 2.5 hours each session. Please refer to your class confirmation for actual start times, end times and frequency of sessions/days.
Class Retake
Students have the option to repeat a course within a 6-month period. Students that choose to retake a class will not receive a second manual.
Computer Aided Technology, LLC Cancellation
Inhouse:
Computer Aided Technology, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any inhouse training class at or before 5 business days prior to the start of the class date. Classes will be subject to cancellation if there are less than 3 people registered for the class. In the event of a cancellation, registered students will be e-mailed notification as soon as possible.
Online:
Online classes are not cancelled due to low enrollment.
Note: Extreme circumstances such as, instructor illness, emergency weather conditions, utility failure, or other events beyond our control can force cancellation of a class. Computer Aided Technology, LLC is not liable for costs incurred due to the schedule adjustment (e.g. airline/hotel penalties).
Customer Cancellation
Students can cancel at any time without penalty and reschedule for an upcoming class which best suits their schedule. If you are unable to attend a class, please email training@cati.com so that Computer Aided Technology, LLC can plan accordingly.
Note: There are no refunds.
Training Manual
Inhouse:
Class attendance is required to receive the manual. Training manuals are distributed to each student on the first day of inhouse classes and cannot be delivered prior to that date or sold separately.
Online:
Class attendance is required to receive the manual. Training manuals are shipped to each student one week before the first day of class and cannot be delivered prior to that date or sold separately.
Student may receive only one manual per course, including CATalyst pass and Development Credit students.
