Training Policies

Computer Aided Technology, LLC (CATI) strives to deliver best-in-class instruction to every student who enrolls in one of our courses. This can only be achieved if all students have clear access to all information pertaining to the course, as well as shared expectations regarding student conduct. The following are our basic training policies. For more specific inquiries, please contact us at training@cati.com.

Registration

Students will be officially registered for a class once a method of payment has been received. Registration can be secured by submitting appropriate payment via phone, email or through the online registration form. A confirmation of registration will be emailed to the student upon receipt of appropriate payment method thus securing the seat in class.

In-house classes will receive a confirmation email 3 business days ahead of class. Online classes will receive a confirmation email 1 business day ahead of class.

Payment

In-house class payments must be received at least 5 business day prior to the start date of the class. Online class payments must be received at least 1 business day prior to the start date of the class. Acceptable forms of payment are as follows:

  • Purchase Order emailed to training@cati.com
  • Valid Credit Card number
  • Valid CATalyst number
  • Check

Class Schedule

A typical in-house training class starts at 8:30am and ends at 4:30pm. Online class start in the Central time zone at either 8am or 1pm and last between 2 and 2.5 hours each session. Please refer to your class confirmation for actual start times, end times, and frequency of sessions/days.

Training Manual

Class attendance is required to receive the manual. For in-house training, manuals are distributed to each student on the first day of classes. For online classes, training manuals are shipped to each student one week before the first day of classes. Training manuals cannot be delivered prior to that date or sold separately.

Student may receive only one manual per course, including CATalyst pass and Development Credit students.

CATI Cancellation

CATI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any in-house training class at or before 5 business days prior to the start of the class date. In-house classes will be subject to cancellation if there are less than 3 people registered for the class. Online classes are not cancelled due to low enrollment.

Extreme circumstances such as instructor illness, emergency weather conditions, utility failure, or other events beyond our control may also force cancellation of a class.

In the event of a cancellation, registered students will be e-mailed notification as soon as possible. CATI is not liable for costs, such as airline or hotel fees, incurred due to a cancellation or schedule adjustment.

Customer Cancellation

There are no refunds. However, students can cancel at any time and reschedule for an upcoming class without penalty. If you are unable to attend a class, please email training@cati.com so that CATI can plan accordingly.

Class Retake

Students have the option to repeat a course within a 6-month period. Students that choose to retake a class will not receive a second manual.
