CATI Virtual Classroom Training – Terms and Conditions and Policies

Students will be registered for a class once a method of payment has been received. Registration can be secured by submitting appropriate payment via phone, email or through the online registration. Pre-registration is required.  A confirmation will be emailed or faxed to the student upon receipt of appropriate payment method thus securing the seat in class.  CATalyst NOW members must also pre-register for all classes.

Payments must be received in full at least 1 week prior to the start date of the class.  This is necessary to allow for shipment of the necessary manuals. Acceptable forms of payment are as follow:

  • Purchase Order emailed to
  • Valid Credit Card number
  • Valid CATalyst number

CATI Virtual Classroom
CATI’s training personnel are industry specialists utilizing their engineering experience for the most comprehensive application-intensive training available.  The CATI Virtual Classroom is a state-of-the-art system based on WebEx. We strive to ensure students have the best training experience possible.

Effective 1/1/2019: The classes listed below require students to provide their own computer with a valid SOLIDWORKS Standard/Pro/Premium license installed and working correctly. The class will not be paused to troubleshoot any issues you may have with your SOLIDWORKS installation.

Class Schedule
The class schedules are specified in the registration.

Class Retake
Students have the option to repeat a course within a 6-month period at no cost.

Computer Aided Technology, Inc. Cancellation
CATI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training class at or before 1 week prior to the start of the class date.   Classes will be subject to cancellation if there are less than 3 people registered for the class.  Extreme circumstances such as, instructor illness, emergency weather conditions, utility failure, or other events beyond our control can force cancellation of a class.  In the event of a cancellation, registered students will be e-mailed notification as soon as possible.  CATI is not liable for costs incurred due to the schedule adjustment.

Customer Cancellation
Students can cancel prior to 10 business days before the start of the class without penalty and retain the option to reschedule and attend the class at a later date, dependent upon the availability of the class.   If a cancellation is made less than 10 business days before the class, a $100.00 administrative fee will be assessed to reschedule the class.  Registered students who do not attend and fail to provide notification to CATI before the class start will forfeit the right to reschedule. There are no refunds.

Training Manual
Class attendance is required to receive the manual.  Training manuals are shipped to each student one week before the first day of class and cannot be delivered prior to that date or sold separately.  Students that choose to retake a class will not receive a second manual.  Student may receive only one manual per course, including CATalyst NOW members.
