Stratasys Polyjet 3D Printer Material Leaking On and Around the Build Tray - Stratasys 3D Printer Support Tip

One question that comes up ever so often is "what do we do when we see material leaking either on or around the build tray while the machine is printing."  This is caused by the roller cleaning blade being bent or nicked.  If the edges of the blade are damaged, it will cause material to drip around the Z table. If it is damaged in the middle, it will leave a trail of material on the tray. It may even spill on parts being printed; causing them to look like the roller is smashing into them.  To resolve this issue simply replace the roller bath. Each machine comes with a spare.  View the video below to learn how to replace the roller bath.
