Stratasys recently unveiled their new Recycling Program! It easier than ever to recycle your Stratasys material canisters and cartridges:

Step 3:

Fill out the provided contact form. Select the quantity of each item you are returning.  Keep in mind the maximum shipping weight is 70 lbs. per box and the maximum box size is 30x24x24 inches. The system will notify you if you have exceeded the weight limit and return you to this page to create a shipping label for the remaining items.

***You must have a minimum of three items to return.

Step 4:

After clicking the submit button, you will be taken to the UPS shipping label.  Print the label at this time. I recommend also saving this label as a PDF so you have it on record.

Step 5:

Place your items in a box.  If you kept the original material boxes, you can place them back in the original boxes then securely tape them together in a bundle. Items can be bundled up to 5 units.  If returning more than 5 units, you will need to place them in your own box for shipping. That box may still not exceed 30x24x24 inches.

Step 6:

Place the return label(s) on the box(es).

Step 7:

If your company has a regularly scheduled UPS pick up, you are in luck. Just follow your company's protocol for UPS pick-up. If not, then you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS or take the box(es) to your local UPS Store.
