Exalead Search within ENOVIA V62013x Web Interface

The following is a summary of the process required to use the Exalead Full Text Search capabilities in ENOVIA V6 environment.

  1. Clone the AEFFullTextSearch command to create a new command. Modify the clone's properties to include the highlighted information. ${COMMON_DIR}/emxFullSearch.jsp?table=AEFGeneralSearchResults&queryType=Indexed&selection=multiple&hideHeader=true&showInitialResults=false&genericDelete=true
  2. Add it to the global search object AEFGlobalSearch.
  3. Make sure the AdvancedSearchXL service is running in Windows services.
  4. Index the database by running the following MQL commands:

            set context user creator;

            start searchindex mode FULL;

      5. Reload the ENOVIA web page cache.

Users will now have the choice to use real time search by clicking the "Search" option or indexed Exalead search.
