SOLIDWORKS Toolbar Modification the Easy Way

As we know there are many ways to do things in SOLIDWORKS and making changes to the toolbars is another one of them. The most common way to make a change to the toolbars is to do a Right-Click on any toolbar and select Customize. This customize tool allows you to add, remove, or reorder the icons on the toolbars.

If you are looking to just remove or reorder the icons there is an easier way to make those changes. By holding down the Alt key you can select any icon and drag it off of the toolbar to remove it.

With the Alt key you are also able to select and drag to reorder the icons on the toolbars.
