Using Enterprise PDM Web to communicate with Suppliers

We often talk about how SolidWorks users or others in a company can benefit from using Enterprise PDM.  We don’t often talk about how we can communicate data to people outside the company.  The attached video shows how we can use Enterprise PDM to communicate with suppliers using the Enterprise PDM web portal.  In the video, we are showing EPDM tasks and how we can use workflow to keep suppliers up to date as designs change.  Suppliers can use the same interface to submit quotes or other files back to your company.  Another benefit of the web: if you have contributor licenses, you already have licenses to use the web.  Take advantage of it if you can.  Questions..contact InFlow Technology.
