Blog Warped or Melted Build Trays (FDM 3D Printers) - Stratasys 3D Printer Support Tip
From time to time, we hear of customers having issues with a warping of FDM build trays. They look "melted". Usually this occurs from trying to reuse build trays. This is very common when you try to soak the trays in the cleaning tank and then place them back in the machine for another print job. Please be aware that any reuse of build trays may cause this effect.
