CATI and InFlow have been operating side by side for the last 20 years. They work together day in and day out in the same offices across the United States. Together, CATI and InFlow have been the Nation’s go to resource for product development solutions. This change is in name only. Our commitment to PDM and PLM remains high. We believe that for many of our clients these solutions are key growth drivers. Whether on premise or in the cloud, the team at CATI can delivers a comprehensive data management solution focused solely on enhancing your productivity and product innovation.
Why is InFlow merging into CATI?
We are constantly looking for ways to improve customer experience. By operating as one brand, our goal is to provide a frictionless customer experience, reduce any potential confusion, streamline communication, and leverage the synergies between the two brands to enhance our value to our clients.
How will this merger impact me?
With the CATI and InFlow teams already tightly integrated, it is business as usual. We are working to make this merger as smooth as possible for everyone.
In the coming months, we will be transitioning the InFlow Technology brand into CATI with the result being one company, one brand, and one source for your product development needs – CATI. As we move through this process, we value our clients’ direct feedback on how we can create the best customer experience possible.
Who is InFlow Technology?
At InFlow Technology (InFlow), we put the power of PLM in your reach, regardless of the size of your organization. InFlow is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATI that sells, supports, and implements PLM and PDM solutions, including Dassault Systèmes PLM tools including ENOVIA, CATIA, SIMULIA, and the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. In addition, InFlow is recognized by SOLIDWORKS Corporation as a Certified PDM Service Provider.
We implement solutions that are impactful yet practical. Our clients include small companies, poised for growth, large corporations with global PLM needs and everyone in between. Our team of dedicated industry advisors are here to help you manage the flow of your product development data.
The heart and soul of InFlow remains intact. Our team of over 60 consultants, engineers, and project managers remain focused on PLM and PDM solutions. You can say that PDM and PLM are in our DNA. We are still 100% committed to these solutions and services.
Who will be doing the service work for projects?
Our talented team of CATI and InFlow professionals will still be responsible for providing the high-quality service work our clients have come to expect from a world-class solution provider like InFlow Technology. Now, that is all under one brand. No change in consultant or resources. For projects already in the queue, your current InFlow and/or CATI resources/Project Manager/consultant will continue to be your main point of contact. For all new projects, we will assign the best person or team for your company’s needs. We will base the decision on work requirements, project specifications, and familiarity with your current setup to get your company the best candidate/team for the project. Since this is change in brand name only, all former InFlow personnel will still be responsible for delivering service work related to 3DEXPERIENCE, SOLIDWORKS PDM, SOLIDWORKS Manage, and DriveWorks.
How do I get technical support?
For now, continue with your current technical support contacts. They will be happy to help you take advantage of the expanded portfolio of support resources. The combined CATI and Caelynx teams include a broad, knowledgeable team of product development professionals specializing in a variety of industries, products, and applications.
Our team is excited about these changes. We hope you are too.
