Obtaining a .CFG file from a Stratasys FDM Printer

When contacting your local reseller for issues with your Stratasys FDM printer we recommend sending the .CFG file.  The .CFG file is a log file that contains all the machines information. It is very detailed and can greatly assist with troubleshooting machines.
